30-Day Returns
SIMA-K, LLC wishes for you to shop with confidence and to be completely satisfied with your online purchase! If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment. We will gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. Custom orders, such as orders with engraving and special ring sizes, cannot be accepted back for a return. All items must be returned with their original tag on them.


How to Return an Item:


Please follow our 3 easy steps below:


1. Obtain your Return Authorization Number:
Contact us at info@sima-k.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Authorization Number along with detail shipping and packaging instructions.
2. Package Your Order:
Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.
3. Shipping & Insurance:
Once you have received your RMA number, ship the item with the original tags attached to the address received in your email. For your protection, we require shipping insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Registered Mail. We are not responsible for any items lost or items stolen in transit. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if the box has been damaged or tampered.
Please note: For security purposes, do NOT write Sima-K or the contents of the package on the outside of the box such as “jewelry,” “diamonds,” “gold” or any other luxury-related items.


Return Process


Sima-K.com’s Quality Assurance department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. Please allow 7-12 business days for your credit to be processed after the item(s) have been received. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.
